These terms govern your use of the current Khaka website, early access waitlist, and partnership inquiry form. They do not govern any future Khaka product, credits, benefits, or provider program. Separate terms will apply before any such offering launches.
Using this website
You may use the website for lawful purposes and to learn about Khaka, join the waitlist, or contact us about a potential partnership. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, impersonate another person, or use automated methods to abuse the forms.
Early access is not guaranteed
Joining the waitlist records your interest only. It does not create an account, guarantee admission, reserve benefits, promise a launch date, or establish a customer relationship. We may choose when, whether, and to whom early access is offered.
Partnership inquiries
Submitting a partnership inquiry does not create a partnership, agency, employment, fiduciary, or other business relationship. Neither party is bound unless authorized representatives later sign a separate written agreement.
Your submissions
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you submit. Do not send passwords, payment information, confidential business plans, regulated data, or other sensitive information through these forms. You give Khaka permission to use your submission as reasonably necessary to respond to you and administer the waitlist or inquiry.
Website content
The Khaka name, branding, design, and site content are owned by Khaka or used with permission. You may view the site for personal or internal business evaluation, but you may not copy, publish, sell, or exploit its content without permission, except as allowed by law.
Links to other websites
The site may link to websites operated by other companies. Those services are controlled by others, and their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. A link does not mean Khaka endorses or controls the other company.
Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Khaka disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and freedom from infringement. We do not promise that the site will always be available, free from errors, or that descriptions of planned offerings will remain unchanged.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Khaka will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, opportunities, or goodwill arising from your use of or reliance on this website. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or update these terms. Revised terms become effective when posted with a new effective date. Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
