This policy explains how Khaka handles information collected through this website, the early access waitlist, and the partnership inquiry form. It does not govern a future Khaka product or service, which will have separate terms and privacy disclosures before launch.

When you join early access, we collect the email address you submit. When you send a partnership inquiry, we collect the name or company name, work email, website or address, and any details you choose to provide.
Our hosting and security providers may also receive standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, and timestamps, when needed to deliver and protect the site.
How we use information
We use submitted information to manage the waitlist, contact you about Khaka’s availability, review and respond to partnership inquiries, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the information submitted through these forms for advertising by other companies.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate this website and store or process form responses. These providers may include Google services for storing form responses and our website hosting provider. They may process information only in connection with providing their services to us and under their own applicable privacy terms.
How long we keep information
We keep waitlist information while early access is being offered and for a reasonable period afterward. We keep partnership inquiries for as long as needed to evaluate or maintain the relationship, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We may delete information earlier when it is no longer needed.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or withdraw from the waitlist, by emailing us. We may need to verify your request and may retain limited information when required by law or for security and recordkeeping.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we collect. No online service or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Material changes relating to a launched Khaka product will be addressed in separate product policies.
